Trip.com's Hello Penang campaign with Tourism Malaysia and MyBHA runs until 27 October 2026. The page lists app-only Penang hotel codes worth up to RM120 off a two-night stay, and a second buy 1 free 1 attraction drop lands on 22 October at noon. We worked out which code wins at which price and what sells out first.

Shangri-La Rasa Ria in Tuaran, Sabah, has a new Golden Hour package for stays 10 Oct-20 Dec 2026. Three nights start at RM3,240 before SST and cover breakfast, one buffet dinner and a Kawa Kawa sunset and firefly trip for two adults and two kids. We compare it with the resort's cheaper Closer to Nature rate.
The Danna Langkawi Residents' Rate: From RM1,188 a Night With Breakfast and Daily Credit, Stays to 30 November
The Danna Langkawi at Telaga Harbour has a limited-time rate for Malaysia and Singapore residents, from RM1,188 a night for stays from 1 October to 30 November 2026. It includes breakfast for two, return airport transfers and a daily RM100 resort credit (RM200 for suites and villas). Rechecked on 17 October, it was still RM1,198 a night with fees, about 48% below the resort's best available rate.
Impiana Hotel Ipoh After 10.10: Rooms From RM180, Now Free to Cancel, Plus an RM68 Deepavali Hi-Tea
Impiana Hotel Ipoh's 10.10 Double Deal closed on 22 October 2026. Its replacement, a Limited Time Escape rate at 55% off, starts at RM180 a night for a Deluxe before tax and can be cancelled free up to a day before arrival. We priced it on 23 October, compared it with 10.10, and added the new RM100 Day Use deal and the 8 November Deepavali hi-tea (RM68++, buy 5 get 1 free).

Its residents-only Beach Staycation rate starts lower, and a Mastercard 4-for-3 deal is cheaper again per night. We compare all four with the real ringgit figures and the fine print.
The Lakehouse Cameron Highlands: 25% Off Highland Escape vs Its Three 2-Night Packages, Priced Out
The Lakehouse, the Tudor-style country house hotel at Ringlet in Cameron Highlands, is selling its Highland Escape rate at 25% below its Best Flexible Rate, with breakfast, tea and scones and a guided jungle trek included. It also runs three 2-night packages (Getaway, Intimate Romance and Family) valid to 20 or 31 December 2026. We priced all of them on the hotel's own booking engine and checked whether the packages beat adding the meals yourself.

PARKROYAL A'Famosa Melaka After Hour Sale: Rooms From RM325 With Breakfast, Booked 6pm to 8am Until 31 October 2026
PARKROYAL A'Famosa Melaka Resort in Alor Gajah is running an After Hour Sale that only appears on its booking engine between 6pm and 8am. A Superior Room with breakfast for two came to RM325 a night on a Sunday and RM375 on a Friday or Saturday, taxes included, against RM685 to RM735 for the resort's flexible rate. Stays must be done by 31 October 2026, and the booking is non-refundable.
Kota Kinabalu Hotel Mooncakes 2026 Have Ended: Shangri-La and Hyatt Prices to Remember, and Their Late-October and November Deals
Mooncake season is over at both Kota Kinabalu hotels. On 24 October 2026 Shangri-La Tanjung Aru's mooncake shop lists nothing and Hyatt Regency Kinabalu's Mid-Autumn category is empty. Here is the 2026 price record to plan 2027 with (Signature box RM198, RM155 a box at 60; Golden Bloom RM268, singles RM45 to RM55), plus what the two hotels sell now: Shangri-La dining credit at up to 25% off until 31 December and a Buy 4 Get 1 Free spa pack to 25 November, and Hyatt's new dated buffet vouchers (weekday breakfast RM65, Halloween, Deepavali and Thanksgiving dinners RM130 instead of RM168).

Shangri-La's new Penang member offer is Stay More Save More: 22% off a minimum 3-night stay at Golden Sands (from RM406 a night) and Rasa Sayang (from RM624), with breakfast for two and a RM50 dining credit per stay. Book 15 Oct to 30 Nov for stays 1 Nov 2026 to 31 Mar 2027. We priced it in ringgit on 21 October against every other rate at both resorts, and the prepaid Saver Rate is still cheaper on paper.
Lexis Port Dickson's Tropical Escape: Up to 15% Off Private Pool Villas Until 15 December 2026, But Read the 10% Offer Sitting Next To It
Lexis Hibiscus and Grand Lexis Port Dickson are both running Tropical Escape until 15 December 2026: up to 15% off the Best Available Rate if you book at least 30 days ahead, or up to 5% off plus a free KLIA transfer if you stay long enough. The two resorts set different night thresholds for that transfer, and both properties separately publish a Minimum Stay offer worth up to 10% from just two nights. Every one of these rate plans is non-refundable, and Negeri Sembilan's RM4 Fi Lestari is collected at check-in on top. Neither resort puts its biggest no-strings discount inside the campaign at all: premium bank card, Maxis and Singtel codes take 15% off with no lead time and no minimum stay, and cannot be combined with any of it.
LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia, October 2026: 30% Off vs the Free Kids' Tickets Rate That Still Loads, Priced Night by Night
LEGOLAND Hotel's "Kids Play Free" offer was meant to close for bookings on 30 September 2026, but on 3 October it was still loading in the hotel's own booking engine. It sits beside a 30% room discount that runs to 31 October. We priced both for real October and November dates: the free tickets win only if your children use both park days, and in October the Brick-or-Treat costume deal beats both.

Resorts World Genting's Exciting Holiday Escape cuts Resorts World Awana and Genting SkyWorlds Hotel rooms by up to 72% for stays to 30 November 2026. We checked the booking engine night by night: the real non-member price is RM249 or RM299 on most weeknights, and weekends cost far more.
Dusit Princess Ipoh Grand Opening Special: Rooms From RM232 With RM50 Dining Credit, Priced Against Its Own Rate Card
Dusit Princess Ipoh opens on 1 October 2026 in the building that was Travelodge Ipoh, next to the Perak Turf Club. Its Grand Opening Special runs for stays from 1 October to 31 December and adds RM50 of daily dining credit. We priced it on the hotel's live booking engine on 13 September and re-checked every rate on 20 September: a weekday Superior room is RM232 against RM290 on the flexible rate, a Saturday is RM256 against RM320, and RM232 becomes RM253.56 once tax is added. The catch is that the opening rate is prepaid and cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
Gaya Island Resort Residents' Package: RM1,299 a Night With Every Meal, Now the MATTA Fair Rate Has Closed
The MATTA Fair Residents' Package that Gaya Island Resort kept open after the 4 to 6 September 2026 fair is gone from the resort's booking engine. We re-ran it on 13 September and found only the standing Residents' Package and Be Rewarded. We also found that the engine's prices are per night, not per stay, which our first version got wrong. So here is the corrected picture: the Residents' Package from RM1,299 a night with breakfast, set lunch and set dinner for two, RM3,185.64 all in for two nights for a Malaysian couple, priced against every other rate the resort still sells.
Resorts World Langkawi 2026 Packages Priced Night by Night: Sunset Cruise Deal Saves RM190, Suite Getaway Only Wins on Weekends
Resorts World Langkawi publishes five packages that all run 1 January to 31 December 2026, with member and non-member ringgit printed for every room type. The resort also publishes an a-la-carte rate for each activity it bundles, which means the packages can be checked instead of trusted. We priced all five against that list and against 92 nights of live booking-engine rates to 31 December. The Golden Hour Sunset Cruise package beats booking the same stay yourself by RM190 to RM230. The Signature Suite Getaway costs RM170 more on a weeknight but RM370 less over a Friday and Saturday. We also mapped the Genting Rewards discount room by room and found the RM10-a-night Langkawi levy that none of the package pages mention.
Resorts World Kijal's RM740 Turtle Weekend: The Package Price Never Moves, the Room Rate Does — Every Remaining Friday Priced
Resorts World Kijal in Kemaman, Terengganu is selling a package called Be A Seaturtle Superhero: three days and two nights in a Premier Seaview room, daily buffet breakfast for two, and a one-time release of two baby turtles on the Saturday morning. It is RM740 nett for SkyCard or Genting Rewards members and RM800 for everyone else, and it runs Friday to Saturday until 31 October 2026. The package price is fixed at RM400 a night. The plain room-only rate for the same Premier Seaview is not. Only three Fridays are left: 16, 23 and 30 October. We re-priced all three on Genting's own booking engine on 14 October 2026, and on every one the package is the dearer buy: the bare room is RM305 a night for the 16 October weekend and RM336 for 23 and 30 October (the Saturday night alone is RM367), which puts the package RM190 or RM128 ahead over two nights. Sunway Lost World Hotel Stay & Play Ended 30 Sep: What an Ipoh Theme Park Stay Costs Now (Oct 2026)
Sunway Lost World Hotel's Stay & Play package ended on 30 September 2026. On 2 October we searched the hotel's own booking engine for 18 dates to 8 December and found no theme park bundle anywhere. The ordinary room still includes breakfast and the Hot Springs & Night Park at RM387 on Sunday to Thursday. Adding two theme park tickets bought with Sunway's own WS2602MYKAD code makes it RM627 for a couple, RM116 more than the package. The hotel is closed on Friday 16 October, and Screamfest nights cost about RM20 more.
Berjaya Island Deals After Merdeka: The Taaras Up to 60% Off From 1 Nov, Tioman 3D2N RM1,450, Langkawi RM938 Package
Re-checked 25 October: every Redang Island Resort and Berjaya Tioman seasonal offer stops at 31 October, The Taaras moves to up to 60% off for stays 1 November to 28 February, Tioman's Snorkelling Getaway (3D2N from RM1,450 nett) runs to May 2027, and Langkawi has a RM2,318+ New Year's Eve gala. Berjaya's 69th Merdeka Specials are over. The island extra 10% closed on 31 August, and Berjaya Langkawi's RM450+ Celebrate Malaysia in Nature package stopped selling on 16 September. We re-priced every property on its own booking engine on 17 September. Langkawi's new Nourish Your Wellbeing package costs RM938 all-in for two, with a vegetarian dinner and a spa treatment, and the cheapest flexible room there is RM574.75. Redang Island Resort sells rooms at RM285 a night direct, The Taaras is 35% off for mid-October, and Berjaya Tioman's End-of-Season Sale runs to 31 October.
