Giant Has Three September Price Lists, and Its Own Website Is Unreachable

Giant's Harga Hangat flash list published exactly ten prices and expired on 6 September 2026. Its I Love Malaysia catalogue runs to 16 September. And there is a third list nobody counted: Harga Rendah Lebih Lama, pushed on 4 September across five slides naming Mi Sedaap, Jasmine Sunwhite, Drypers, Dutch Lady, Kotex, Softlan, 100PLUS and Mamee Monster without a single ringgit figure or an end date. The complication is that giant.com.my refused connections on both 5 and 6 September 2026, so the catalogue that outlives the weekend is the one you cannot currently open. Here are all ten weekend prices kept on the record, the catalogue figures captured before the site went dark, and what is actually still worth a trip.

Guardian's Buy 2 Free 1 Ended on 7 September. Now 3,001 Items Are Marked Down and Buy 2 Save More Runs to 29 September 2026

Guardian's Beauty Days Buy 2 Free 1 ran from 2 to 7 September 2026 and is now over. We re-ran the same baskets through guardian.com.my on 8 September: three RM5.90 bandages come to RM17.70 with no discount line at all. What replaced it is better for most shoppers. The Beauty Days pool has grown to 4,262 products and 3,001 of them, 70.4 per cent, are now individually marked down by an average of 21 per cent, where on 3 September not one item was. Our worst promotion basket, RM526.00 for a 1.1 per cent saving, now rings up at RM307.10. Separately, Guardian's printed September catalogue is running Buy 2 Save More at fixed two-for prices until 29 September, and on two of those items the website is cheaper than the flyer. Here is what changed, what is still live, and the arithmetic behind both.

FamilyMart Merdeka Deals: What Is Still Live to 22 September, Now the RM1.90 Jimat Clock Has Stopped

FamilyMart Malaysia's All-Day Jimat Deals ended on 31 August 2026 and nothing has replaced them — the expired poster is still published on familymart.com.my with its own 8 July to 31 August dates printed on it. What is still live is the bigger half of the sheet: Merdeka Deals, 5 August to 22 September 2026, where the Miniature Model pair at RM44.90 is a real 25% off and Colgate Optic White Purple 100g drops to RM9.99 with any purchase, a stated RM5.91 saving. Alongside it sit three offers with no published end date at all — Oden FAMee at RM4.90 a bowl, the Rasa Kopitiam range with Oriental Kopi, and two new Sofuto flavours. Re-read off the brand's own promotions page and Merdeka artwork on 3 September 2026: the Miniature Model belongs to the 25% Exclusive Merch tier rather than the 43% member badge, the excluded stores are five named shops rather than two towns, and FamilyMart's published list of the selected onigiri runs to 17 flavours plus two breakfast muffins.

Continental's Jom Merdeka Promotion: Buy 4 Tyres, Get a Towel or a Sport Bag — But the Real Money Is Somewhere Else on the Same Website

Continental's Jom Merdeka Promotion: Buy 4 Tyres, Get a Towel or a Sport Bag — But the Real Money Is Somewhere Else on the Same Website

Continental Tyre PJ Malaysia is running its Jom Merdeka Promotion from 1 August to 16 September 2026: buy four Continental or General Tire tyres in a single printed receipt at a participating dealer, and you redeem one piece of Continental merchandise on the spot — a Quick Dry Towel if your rims are 16 or 17 inches, a Foldable Sport Bag if they are 18 inches and above. It is a real, officially documented offer with a real end date, and we read the campaign's own specific terms and conditions on Continental's Malaysian site on 24 August 2026 to confirm every line of it. It is also, honestly, a small gift attached to a four-figure purchase — so the more useful question is not whether the towel is worth it, but whether anything else on the same website is. Two things are: the In-Store Marketplace, which runs to 30 September 2026 across 123 participating dealer outlets and pays a Touch 'n Go eWallet code on a published scale from RM30 to RM200 by rim size, plus up to 10 per cent off through SPayLater capped at RM100 — and, because it starts at 15-inch rims and only needs two tyres, it is open to the Myvi and Saga owners the merchandise offer excludes. The other is the Total Confidence Plan, a free 12-month Road Hazard Warranty you have to register yourself or lose. This article covers all three, the exact fine print that disqualifies people, and who should ignore the whole thing.

TGV's 'Up to RM5 Off' With Grab, Rechecked: Shopee's SPayLater Now Gives a Whole Free Ticket for the Same Kind of Credit — and Early Bird RM9 Is Gone

TGV Cinemas is running an "Up to RM5 Off Movie Tickets" promotion with Grab at every TGV location nationwide, from 17 August to 30 September 2026. The banner says up to RM5; TGV's own promo-code artwork says something more precise, and it is the part worth reading before you get to checkout. There are two separate codes doing two different jobs: GRABPAYTGV3 takes RM3 off when you pay with the GrabPay wallet, and PAYLATERTGV5 takes RM5 off when you pay with PayLater by Grab — a deferred-payment product, not a wallet. Both need a minimum spend of RM40, which a single adult ticket will not reach at most TGV halls. The campaign visual also carries a condition that never appears in the written terms at all: it is exclusive to MovieClub members. On top of that there is a hard cap of 1,000 transactions per payment method, a limit of one promo transaction per customer per month, and TGV's standing rule that this does not stack with anything else it is running. We read the promotion page, all seven published terms and all three pieces of campaign artwork on 24 August 2026 — including the one line where TGV's own terms contradict its own banner about when the promotion started.

UNIQLO Malaysia, 10 Sep 2026: the Limited Offer Runs to 2am, Value Buy Jumps to 221 Lines, KAWS Lands 14 Sep

UNIQLO Malaysia's Limited Offer is tagged "4 - 9 September 2026", but the tag's own machine-readable timer runs to 02:00 on 10 September - so the 36 discounted lines survive two hours past the date printed on them, and the same 2am-to-2am shape appears on UNIQLO's brand-new Multi-Buy flag. Two things we reported on 4 September have changed: the Women's Limited Offer page has been fixed and now renders all 16 of its lines (Baby's zero was never a fault - there are no baby lines this window), and Value Buy has grown from 200 lines to 221, with the underwear rail back at RM19.90 instead of the old RM9.90. The new Multi-Buy badge sits on exactly one product in 1,281, with one unit left nationwide and no published terms. Next dated launch: KAWS: UNIVERSE on 14 September 2026, already priced from RM39.90. And the in-store return cliff for August online orders falls on 29 September.

MR.DIY September 2026: Jom Beli Barangan Malaysia & Gemilang Toy Fiesta, 1–30 September — Every Price We Read, and the 33 Lines Sabah & Sarawak Pay More For

MR.DIY's two Merdeka campaigns are finished — Bersama Satu Promosi and the Merdeka Riuh Sale both closed on 31 August 2026 and now sit in the chain's Past Promotions list. Replacing them, both 1 to 30 September 2026, are Jom Beli Barangan Malaysia (the buy-local storewide flyer, 37 priced lines in the Peninsular catalogue) and the Gemilang Toy Fiesta. The RM40 Purchase-With-Purchase survived intact and is still the best value MR.DIY sells: a 1250ml Cold Cup at RM15.90 against a normal RM33. We opened both regional catalogues and read every page. In August the flag section was priced identically nationwide. In September nothing is: every one of the 33 lines that appears in both flyers costs more in Sabah and Sarawak, from RM0.40 to RM3.10 a line, and the two deepest discounts in the campaign — a Farm Fresh buy 1 free 1 and Indomie at 28 per cent off — are not offered in Borneo at all.

Ayam Gepuk Top Global's RM16.90 Set Rasa Malaysia Runs to 10pm — and the RM19.57 Merdeka Set Is Over but Still on the Menu

**Updated 9 September 2026.** The RM19.57 Set Combo Merdeka ended on 31 August — but it is still sitting on Ayam Gepuk Top Global's public menu page today, priced as if it were live. What has actually replaced it is a "Sept Deals" line-up whose headline offer, **Set Rasa Malaysia at RM16.90**, runs a far friendlier **3pm to 10pm** and carries one word that changes everything: last month's banner said *Set Berdua* (a set for two), this month's says *Set Dua Ketul* (a set of two pieces). It is a one-person deal wearing a two-person deal's artwork.

Pizza Hut Malaysia Merdeka 2026: the 69-Sen Second Pizza Beats the RM6.90 Headline — Here Is the Real Price Ladder

Pizza Hut Malaysia's Merdeka campaign has quietly grown a third mechanic since it launched, and the new one undercuts the headline. A "PWP Reg Pizza 69Sen" bundle — a second regular pizza for 69 sen — appeared on the Merdeka Storewide Sale page on 25 August, alongside 50% off Curry Baked Rice. We re-read every live product at a Kuala Lumpur store on 28 August 2026, opened each bundle to record the flavour surcharges that the "from" prices hide, and found that the deal everyone is writing about — "2nd Pizza @ 6.90" at RM42.89 — is the most expensive of the three ways to buy the same two pizzas. Here is the corrected ladder, the four public coupon codes on Pizza Hut's own offers page, and why the Merdeka boxes cost more than the everyday ones.

Merdeka Deals 2026, One Week On: AEON's Malaysia Day Flyer Runs 4-17 Sept, McDonald's Answered With an RM39.90 Bundle, and Watsons' Biggest Tag Is a 116-SKU 9.9 Sale

Re-checked on 7 September 2026, nine days before Malaysia Day: three of the eight brands here launched dated new campaigns after our 1 September check. AEON's Celebrate Malaysia, Together! grocery flyer runs 4-17 September and excludes four named stores; McDonald's answered the open question with a RM39.90 Cuti-Cuti Family Bundle, 5-9 September; GSC opened a Malaysia Month GSCoins redemption on 3 September. Watsons' biggest mechanic is now a 116-SKU 9.9 Raksasa Online Sale, and its 23 September bucket fell from 68 SKUs to 30. We also correct ourselves: GSC's RM69 Aurum pass never ended.

KK Super Mart Coca-Cola Zero Sugar: RM2.99 for 500ml, RM4.99 for 1.5L (Till 30 Sep)

KK Super Mart is running Coca-Cola Zero Sugar at RM2.99 for 500ml and RM4.99 for 1.5L from 1 August to 30 September 2026, nationwide. The big bottle is 1.5L, not the 1L most deal sites report — which makes it about RM3.33 a litre against RM5.98 for the small one. KK also publishes the excluded-outlet list: 88 outlets across nine states, clustered in airports, transport terminals and Genting.

Decathlon Malaysia's 10th Anniversary Sale Is Over — Miles For Smiles Runs to 4 Oct 2026, and the Old Sale Page Still Opens

Decathlon Malaysia's 10th Anniversary Sale ended at 23:59 on 16 August 2026, but on 10 September 2026 its landing page still returns HTTP 200 and still renders the full "Flash Sale up to 50% off" hero — an expired campaign that looks live. What actually replaced it is Miles For Smiles, which the artwork dates "Until 4th Oct 2026" and which still carries the gold 10th-anniversary lockup. Its Buy 1 Free 1 is not storewide: it is exactly five pairs and ten SKUs, from a RM299 tent with a free RM39 groundsheet to a RM79 basketball with a free RM15 pump. Alongside it, the 9.9 Smashing Sale voucher ladder ends tonight, and its top tier is the only one that gets worse the more you spend.
